Who is the toenail ninja?

While some families might carry on the tradition of Santa Clause, the Easter Bunny, and the Tooth Fairy, we have the Toenail Ninja.

Who is the Toenail Ninja?

Well, about every two weeks or so, when little babies and big toddlers are sleeping soundly in their beds, the Toenail Ninja, dressed all in black, tiptoes into their bedroom.  The Toenail Ninja (gender unknown), aided by a toenail ninja apprentice (holder of the flashlight), gently clips their toenails and sometimes even their fingernails.  Then, as quickly as they arrive the Toenail Ninja and the apprentice fade into the shadows and disappear into the night.

The Toenail Ninja leaves no presents nor money under the pillow.  He or she eats no cookies nor drinks any milk.  The Toenail Ninja doesn’t care if you’re naughty or nice.  The only sign that the Toenail Ninja came to visit are freshly clipped nails and the lack of scratch marks in the morning.
